With video content becoming increasingly more important to the customer it is imperative that the ILEC has the ability to deliver the clearest signal without having to completely redesign its infrastructure. The Entry Point iNID allows the ILEC to use the existing copper infrastructure with data rates up to 24/Mbs through pair bonding and other techniques to deliver high quality video services while the transition to fiber based Ethernet network infrastructure is progressing. The Entry Point iNID will be upgradable to meet this future demand.
